Brett, I looked at the RSS thing, but what server does that need to be hosted on? Does the RSS file (or whatever it is) have to be hosted on the sites that want to display your forums (I can only assume that it does)?

When I click on that link, nothing happens. Am I missing something? I fully understand how to implement the IFRAME, but I am not understanding the RSS thing. Can you help me understand how the RSS file is implemented and used?
IFRAME seems to be a very easy way to insert syndicated content. Is this a reliable piece of code? I'd hate to implement this on a few hundred sites and then, down the road, have a new release of a browser (ie. IE, Netscape) which does not support it. Any thoughts on this?
Heres an easy remotely hosted solution to get you going..

just stick brett's RSS url in the box for the url, play around with the "look", save the js code, copy to your page, and your done!
