Does anyone know if it is possible to disable the save icon when displaying pdf documents downloaded from the web?

I have been able to stop printing, modification etc etc. But no matter what I try in Acrobat Exchange the save icon is sitting there in full enabled glory.

Is disabling of this button possible?

I think it is no... but if anyone has done this please let me know.

I'm aware that even if I disable this button it is an extremely easy thing to bypass it (cache or save from the browser) and get a local copy - but for this project it just needs to be obscure.

I also think the answer is no. I found a few questions on PDF forums asking the same thing -- and they were all unanswered.

Thanks Tedster, my answer will be no also. Found some pdf forums which basically came to the same conclusion.

Apparently this wasn't a problem with acrobat reader 3 ... just number 4.
