some of my users have been complaining that they cant acces their hotmail acounts. they wont even be able to receive new mail. however, i tried to acces hotmails mainpage and it doesnt seem to have anithing rong. could it be atributed ato a virus alocated in the unnits of miy afeccted ussers? please give me a hint. im clueless here.
