Meet following situation:
Page with META-REFRESH tag is currently displayed in NN. Now I switch to another application (i.e. Outlook) and work with it. When Netscape finishes refresh operation, it steals focus and brings itself to the top, while I'm still writting an e-mail message.
I was trying to use 'timeout' and 'window.location.href' instead of META-REFRESH, but it also doesn't work well.
Is there any way to prohibit NN from doing it?
I'll be very grateful for any help.
Second thing -- I can't recreate this problem. I used the "Recent Posts" page right here, because it has a meta refresh -- and that makes for an easy, convenient test.
I'm using Netscape 6.2.1 which is:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20011128 Netscape6/6.2.1 and as I said, no focus stealing in evidence.
I checked it more precisely and I found out that this problem is when site contains an applet. Any suggestion?
