Passwords and user editable pages

What would be the easy way to let users edit their own pages?

Hi,

I would like to create pages on my website that users can access with their password and then edit the text on their page.

Are there any software packages out that will set this up for me ?

I use dreamweaver three, so something to work along side this would be great..

I found this page [66.70.219.114] which lists about 30 web-based HTML editing packages, including some freeware.
