I have a design in which I want a fixed width div on the left for navigation and then a fluid one on the right for content. Because of the horizontal background I'm using I need to position them side by side and have the right div extend all the way to the edge of the screen. Is there a way to specify the width of the left div and then tell the other to use the rest of the screen? (In CSS)
