Page Breaks

What is the most effecient way of inserting page breaks into a page for printing purposes. I found on irt.org a method using div tags but it seemed rather awkward and i will need to put up to 30 of them on some of the longer pages.

Sorry this is probably not what you are looking for, but reading your post I can't stop asking myself: how long is a page that needs 30 breaks to be printed?

Are those pages readable? Do they get indexed in full? Wouldn't you get better and more rankings if you put the content on more than one page?

Just wondering. Please ignore if you got your reasons to set up your pages that way.

Just put in a

<br clear="all" style="page-break-before:always" />

into the code where you want page breaks. Only works in IE. Other browsers honor the break and clear, will ignore the style attribute.

That worked great

The reason that i can't break it up is that it is actually a CD-distributed technical writing database and so we are not worried about indexing etc.
