I know there a few of these banner rotators floating about, but i want one which will display a different banner every 3 seconds, and i want to be able to input all my own banners and links, and have no other banners in it as default.
Ive found a few which will do the job but all have been copyrighted so i cant modify them to me needs.
Any suggestions.
