I recently downloaded the trial version of this product. I was so excited I opened it straight away and completly forgot about it.

Now I have only 4 days left to try it :(.

What I what to know is will my trial version cease to operate after 30 days or will it simply be like winzip - I can theortically continue to use it. This was I can have more time to test it to see if I should buy it first.

Regards

You only have 4 days left. It's only good for 30 days. Even if you uninstall and re-install, it knows......

However - you can get an educator version for about $129 from an educator software supplier. You'll need to be a teacher, or know a teacher. There are several good suppliers available. I like softwareshowcase.com.

If that URL is deleted (I understand if it is) just StickyMail me and I'll send it.

You can also call Macromedia and get an extension on the software. At least in DW 3 trial, there was a secret button thing on the splash page that let you enter a code to get a 30 day extension. I had installed it and then did Y2k tests(clock changed), so the trial locked up on me. Macromedia gave an extension.

Not any more. :(

We bought the software a couple of months ago, but there was going to be a lapse between the timeout of the demo and the arrival of the software, and Macromedia couldn't do anything about it. Apparently it was abused in the past.

They do offer competitive discounts for registered FP or NOF users.

I found that it more than paid for itself within a week.

I just noticed that softwareshowcase.com doesn't exist anymore......:(

But there are other educational sources.
