Can anyone please tell me how to display/show an XML file in Netscape4.77 version browser??

The easiest way is to rename the .xml to have a .txt extension. i.e.

data.xml -> data.txt

This then shows as a text file.

what exactly I want is to use XML file in the prior versions of Netscape, i.e, in 4.77 version. Just tell me whether 4.77 version support XML?? I browsed the site of Netscape, but could not find the solution!!

Support in what way? What are you trying to do with it?

I have an XML fine and I am currently displaying it successfully in IE6. Now, I want the same file to be displayed in Netscape 4.77. I know that Netscape 6.0+ support XML

Netscape 4.x has no support for XML.
