I would like to know if there are many affiliate programs that pay by email subscriptions. Ideally, I'm looking for one that pays about 45c for each email subscription.

Thanks.

What exactly do you mean by email subscriptions?

Do you mean Cost Per Action programs that pay for each user that subscribes to an opt-in list... or are you looking for web based email providers that pay for users that register with their service?

The only ones im aware of are adult e-mail lists. Ive never seen a mailing list affiliate non-adult pay that high.

Standard commission for the larger opt-in networks is .05 to .15 cents per subscriber, though I know many non-adult newsltetters that pay out .50 cents per subscriber. It depends entirely on the profitability of the niche.

From there the price can go up exponentially depending on the amount of user info captured.

It's not uncommon to see commissions as high as 1 or 2 dollars per registered user with many of the co-registration networks.

it's the first one I'm talking about...

(Cost Per Action programs that pay for each user that subscribes to an opt-in list)

Which one do you recommend?

Which one do you recommend?

Entirely dependent upon the niche you're targeting.

OptInfluence is one of the more reputable newsletter specific networks that covers a wide variety of topics, but the highest paying programs are going to be direct from the list publishers themselves.

A thorough search of the affiliate program directories and networks will yield a number of other options.

If you have a very high traffic site you can look into the co-registration companies. (just do a search for "co-registration" at Google)

I went to the sites you recommend... they seem have shut down their co-reg program.

It's possible. I haven't dealt with them in ages but I just re-visited their site, and it looks as though their services are all still available. Are you sure you visited the right site?

[OptInfluence.com...]

You can also try:

HipLists.com
NewslettersForFree.com
ListOpt.com

If you have a minimum of 200,000 uniques per month you can check out ZMedia.com

For the tech sector though you're going to be able to negotiate the highest commissions by targeting potential partners directly.
