Affiliate or sub-affiliate?

How do I tell the difference?

I got an email from a website that offers an affiliate program.

How do I tell if they are the primary program or if they are an affiliate looking for sub-affiliates.

Hope that makes sense, affiliate issues are new for me.

I'm not sure how I fell about this anyhow, because the email was for a link exchange, they have me on the related links and have decent PR, but I think that's another thread... :)

hey ken_b, I'm not sure but my main thought would be for you to contact them to find out?

Ask for prices on wholesale orders from both...

ken_b: is the email from allposters.com?

If yes, have a look at:
[webmasterworld.com...]

Seindal; Nope, not all posters. This is from a magazine subscription site.

I have been following the allposters thread though, they have some things that would fit very well with my site.

Quinn; Since this is magazine subscriptions, would wholesale prices be applicable?

<does it show that I'm clueless about the affiliate thing?>
