Affiliate network recommendation?

A few years back I used to use M$ Revenue Avenue(i think it was called?), that allowed me to set up an affiliate program for my business with no set-up fee and only payment for clicks(via deposit). The system handled everything. Is there a similar model out there now(I must stress there must be no setup or monthly fees).

Sorry, Is hould have explained I already know about these major networks. However, I am yet to find one using the same model as Revenue Avenue(i.e. no fees except payment for clicks via deposit), although they did charge a 30% commission on the clicks.

Does anyone know of any company that can do this?

You can set up some sort of affiliate program through Mal's Ecommerce - no charge whatsoever.
