I don't see a CJ or affiliate program forum here. Is there one, or is this the most appropriate forum?

I'm not happy with the changes they have made to their tranaction reporting.

CJ is now showing transaction results by posted date rather than sales date, so they are making it more difficult to track daily sales.

When I request say, yesterday's results, then will show me only results that were POSTED yesterday, not TRANSACTED yesterday. So, if I request November's results, I get some results of sales made in October but not posted until November. And they don't include sales made in November but not posted until December! So I get a skewed monthly report that will not be helpful to compare with my monthly expenses.

One CAN get an accurate report by requesting a website performance report. Those are still being called up by event date and not posted date.

Affiliate forum [webmasterworld.com]

I am not happy with it either. I wish they would stop tinkering with the reports.

:P I just don't know when I'll be paid or if they will ever pay. Chances are they pay out quarterly and I just missed their quarter when I signed up.

:) I think 325.00 or so is the amount ive made from them but they havnt cut checks for me yet :P

When do they normally pay? I'm expecting a nice cheque (first one) for last month?

They cut checks on the 10th but it will be longer for anyone getting their first check b/c the clicks have to be verified and approved by the compainies paying out and they aren't too quick about it.

'Current Payment status

No Payment data found for the current payout period.
You may not have met the minimum in commissions to receive a paycheck this month. You can verify this by running a transaction report for the last payout period.
'

:( Ive been like that for 2-3 months or so.

Call them. They have a toll free number. 1-800-761-1072, and ask to speak to client services. You'll have to be placed on hold for a minute. I have found CJ client services to be very helpful, IMO.
