Where to Buy & Sell Advertising (non affiliate based)

Where are the best places to buy and sell web ad space on a CPM, CPC basis

I'm super new here, but have seen a lot of posts about "where do i go for CPM ads" etc. etc. etc.

I use fastclick.com for a lot of my ads and love them! But where else can we go?

I know when I was really small it was a long wait to build up to the $25, $50, or even $75 check payouts.

I've wanted to sell my college and student based site advertising somewhere that would take advantage of my highly targeted audience, but without relying on an affiliate based, cost per action basis.

Here are the two places I've found to sell my college ad space. They are great for the small (and sometimes big) guys to buy and sell ad space:

If you know of any others I'd love to hear about them. I would think that these services would be a great alternative to using companies like CJ.com or fastclick.
