i need some advice on how to deal with sales

we're just about to launch a website in the sports/soccer channel.

Some questions will rise up for the moment real traffic will come in (hope to learn enough from the SE forums!)

Which company is best te represent our website?
What is the minimum amount of traffic for these companies? or do they start earlier depending on the business-model?
What do they charge as their commission?
I intend to use small sponsor-banners (140 x 32 pixels) with textlink at the bottom of the website.

Any advice to start this expedition?
