I am thinking of working on a site geared toward travel and "tickets". Anyone have any experiance with the travel program online such as priceline.com or expidia?

I like Hotwire and Priceline for airline tickets (on Linkshare network). I like Hotel Reservation Network (HotelDiscount.com) for hotel reservations.

The travel field is extremely competitive and IMHO overcrowded with affiliates but if you want to join the fray, come on in. I do travel promotions in my spare time because it's too competitive to be a major source of revenue.

Yes, I understand it is very competative. I have researched several keyword phrases and found one that looks like it will preform well with a google pagerank 5 or so.

I am finishing up on one last site for another program and then will reexamin the travel industry.
