All you need to do is call Google and ask to speak to sales rep. and they will hook you up with the rep in your area. As far as Adwords go, it really depends on the type of site you are promoting. I'd say that the feedback from our members has been split down the middle when it comes to experiences with Adwords.
The only wat to really find out if it's worth it for you is to set up an account and give it a test run.
