What's the average cost for opt-in leads on co-reg pages and similar advertising?

What are "on co-reg pages"?

I believe you pay a fee, they (the publisher) give you the email address from opt in subscribers...when they check a box saying "Yes, I'd like to get spam from your partners, too".

Though, I could be mistaken. Anyone else have a good explanation?

Cost, though, from what I understand can vary widely, depending on industry targetted, demographic data collected, volume expected, etc.

I'm just looking for a range - are we talking $0.05, $0.25 per email (lead)?

Not sure how current they are, and there are minimum buys -often around $1K. This is supposed to be an 'average' CPM.
