Need some advice, which is better

Just tell me which is better, because i have to make a decision here soon.

100,000 keyword targeted skyscraper ads for $800
or
62,500 keyword targeteed skyscraper ads and 100,000 run of site skyscraper ads for $800.

Just tell me which is better you can just say the first one, or the second one.

I would think the first one, assuming that "run of site" means that they will come up anywhere at anytime.

keyword targeted, imho, is always prferable at least then I can prequalify the click throughs a little.

I have never heard of any run of site ads working for any of my clients but ads that were keyword targeted have had some success.
