Developing an advertising contract

Are there free templates or should I buy one?

In the next while I am planning to seek out advertisers / sponsors for our website.

I have seen threads on WMW regarding sample web development contracts, but nothing specifically on advertising contracts.

I want to see a sample contract that covers all the bases.

I did come across a legal site that offered exactly what I needed for a fee (about $50 -- which is reasonable considering the amount of time it would take to piece one together from various sources.)

Before I buy it, does anyone know of other good resources on this specific topic?

Hi bezuhov and welcome to wmw. We have had many sample generic contracts here at wmw, but I do not recall ever seeing any specifically for your needs.

I agree 100% with you in that the fee of $50 is very reasonable for a professionally drawn up contract. I don't know of any specific resources offhand, but if you were to spend 3-5 hours looking for such a resource, I'd say you'd be better off just paying the $50 as your time is valuable.
