Understanding the new eBay payout method?

eBay started a new affiliate payout method on Oct 1st. I have several "bids" and "buy it now" pending. I see all of them as $0.00.

Does anyone know how long it takes for eBay to credit an active "bid" or "buy it now"?

apparently they are supposed to be batch added today.

all of mine are $0.00 as well.

Do you still need a credit card to register with ebay or a credit card for bidding?

No, paypal is perferred, but I beleive you can still bid and send a check if you win the auction.

I think you need a valid email address to verify your ebay account.
