I've just been accepted and am using the popunders, however as a user of adsense and new to these other publishing streams, I'm wondering how this works.

In casalesmedia you have a page of advertisements to choose from, and you just go ahead and click the ones you want, by default all of them are selected.
So does this mean that multiple ads appear?

Im not sure because the ads don’t appear for me, but I seem to be getting impressions from somewhere, I've also asked some people from Holland and Asia and they have also said that they don’t see any ads.

Say I choose 5 ads, how many appear, or do they randomly display as one ad? Also what’s the best technique for getting most revenue.

Would you choose all, wait for a few days and then see which is the better performing ones and then narrow it down.
Or would you just leave them all selected continuously?

Does this slow down your webpages, as with more ads, the webpage has to call the ads first?

I don't know much about this but maybe I can shed light on why the ads are not showing on your computer.

Do you have ad/pop up/under blocking software?

I use the google toolbar pop up blocker and I think I have seen ads from casalemedia blocked.

I would test the ads for a few weeks and then pick out the best performing ones. It takes a bit of testing to find out what works best. Same as ad positioning with adsense can affect your CTR.
