I got a phone call from a rep at Miva (had never heard of them before). I did not return the call as I am happy with AdSense. The phone call was followed up with an email so I checked them out.

They have something for publishers relating to Pay Per Call. Has anyone used Miva and their Pay Per Call specifically? Any thoughts or experience, good and bad please.

Thanks.

Have some answers to my own post as I gave them a call. Miva used to be FindWhat. Was still not interested in their pay per click.

Their Pay Per Call is generally for publishers with 1 million page views a month. Not quite their yet but it may be something to look in the future hopefully ;-)

Miva definitely qualifies as a 2nd tier ad network. Their traffic is not as good as Google or Yahoo's.

I find it interesting that they changed their name. I've seen a few other ppc ad companies do this. You can change your name, but it's a lot harder to change your reputation.

You can see their CPCs by searching:

Espotting is NOW Miva. Espotting is no more, MIVA took them over, so traffic volume would be a bit better now I think...

Miva seems complicated to set up and configure, however it has some good features including inventory tracking and affiliate serveice, but not much SEO friendly.
