Amazon direct text links.

Can I do that?

Hi,

I've been using amazon for a while, always setting up those iframe links that display a picture of the product.
But now I'd like to have a plain, text-only link directly to an specific product.
I'm on the building links pages now and seems it is not possible or I just can't find the option.
Any idea?

go to the product links page,
enter a product and click the "go" button
You find some text for products (in link format) and the button "get Html"
Right click on the blue text and copy the link.
You find something like
http://www.example.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/product-id/affiliate-id/lots_of_other_stuff

You can use above link when you replace:
mysite with amazon
product-id with the ASIN number of the book, CD or whatever you want to promote
Affiliate-id with your own affiliate id
and delete all the rest behind your affiliate-id
