For lead tracking, I heard that any company that reports leads could not do so for days. Anyone else hear this?

I've got several lead merchants who are reporting leads (seemingly) normally and have been for the past several days. There are periods of time when transaction reporting seems to slow down (as well as everything else at CJ) but not for more than several hours.
LMB isn't one of them. They did send out an email saying things would be resolved today. I don't know if they have done so. For what it's worth, they report transactions in batch, not through tracking tags like many so it's possible that the problems are specific to them.
