Question about CJ & eBay

I'm new to all of this. So far I have generated 16 leads (registrations) on eBay through CJ. It seems that none of these registrations has placed a bid though as all of them list a commission of $0.00. If a bid is placed from one of theses leads is it posted right away? Is the commission amount the only way to tell if a bid is placed? Can anyone give me an idea of what percent of registrations usually end up placing a bid within 30 days? Thanks.

I too have some questions. I am signed up with CJ and also using Ebay.

Can anyone explain the reason (and justification) as to why CJ lock such a large percentage of the commission - for so long? I had a peak month in July, but now in August, well over Ł3K is still locked. This is MY money. How can they keep a hold on commission earnt that long? I'm fuming.
