Their message stated that reporting could be delayed 24 hours but does that mean the reports tab would be unavailable for 24 hours or when the tab is up the stats will be delayed?
Anyone else have an off day/weekend?
1. The stats from one of our merchants show the difference between Event & Post is from 12 to over 24 hrs. Nornally this delay is about 2 hrs.
2. There is no sale records for one of other merchants in the last three days although I hardly have no-sale day in the last two months. I made over 100 sales each month. Three days with no sale, hardly to beleive.
According to CJ:
Commission Junction always makes best efforts to issue payments to publishers on or around the 20th. Publisher payments for this month’s pay cycle are being issued on Monday, August 22nd, thru Wednesday, August 24th. If you are on direct deposit, note that the time required for direct deposits (BACS payment) to post will vary by bank and country of residence. Checks (cheques) will be issued in this same time frame. Postal times for delivery will vary. Also there may be reporting delays today. This is because we are reprioritizing resources towards payment processing, which we feel would be our clients' preference.
Heres a crazy idea. Don't make major changes to the site right when checks are supposed to be processed. Maybe you could have waited till the day after checks were mailed?
What a mess...

I agree. Not only that, but I have no idea what my check will be. The figure I'm showing for pending commission is less than it was the day before the update started. It is alot lower.
wellzy

I bet they have no problem collecting on time. Last few months have been crazy w/ CJ's payments... I'm generally not one for conspiracy theories but it looks like they are either reaping the benefits of a few extra days' interest or are having trouble meeting payout demand.
Lately I've moved whatever I could away from CJ to smaller networks. Better conversions, better cpas, better offers, and AMEN for weekly wires, especially when CJ can't even handle once a month any more.
Have they ever heard of testing something this massive before rolling it out? And now payments are going to be delayed.. This is indeed a mess...
