Top CPM only ad network?

I know this has been beaten to death but ...

We have had to drop one of our networks since their ads were causing errors on our pages and their support never responded on the issue. Their payouts were okay and its a shame to lose them but we must move on.

I'm now looking to fill this inventory with high quality (no smilies, screensavers, flashing "you have won" crap) CPM only ads for 468x60 and 120x600 slots, over 2.5 million monthly impressions.

What are your reccommendations? I have tried the following with no success due to the above reasons:

Fastclick, Casale, Cast Ads, Interclick, Azoogle, Revenue.net, Targetpoint, Advertising.com, Real 24/7 Media and a few others.

Would be nice to find a quality CPM network if such a thing exists.

TribalFusion has good CPM rates and targeted campaigns, but you'll still see some of the "warning" advertisements and "You Have Won" banners in their defaults. It's literally unavoidable today, even if you try to filter them out.

I would say that if you have the minimum number of uniques per day (2K) TribalFusion is your best bet.

Personally, I've always liked BURST! Media alot, and they have very high quality campaigns with the ability to filter out any bad ones, along with very nice CPM rates for leaderboard banners. But, their fill rate is terrible, so you'll need a backup ad network to default them to.

Its funny you should mention them and I should have said in my original post that we are already running TF and are very happy with them. I'm looking for a secondary network. Not sure if I've tried Burst yet or not.

How are their ads? I've found with a lot of the others I'm spending too much time everyday filtering out the crap.

BURST ads are actually very high quality, and their eCPM is competitively high - about $1 give or take ten cents depending on the day. It would clearly be the best ad network out there, except for the fact that their fill rate is a pathetic 20-30%.

Filtering with them is actually very easy, and it works very well. I've had the easiest experience with them by far in regards to filtering.

Fastclick lets you filter out the ads you don't want. I've had a pretty good experience with them.

Tried Fastclick, yes you can filter them but they all come back again the next day so everyday you have to spend an hour or so filtering out the new crap that is running. Far too impractical.

It would be great if you can filter them by category as you can with Tribal Fusion.

You can set Fastclick and others not to auto approve ads, this way you can just select the new ones you want...gets round that problem.

Yes, like Fatty said, don't auto approve. I go every day or so and approve the campaigns I do want, and nothing else gets run. It takes maybe 15 minutes a day but it's worth it to have control, and Fastclick does pay well and has good support.
