We're looking for some foreign ad networks (Europe, Australia, India, Canada), preferably paying CPM/CPC. Something similar to Valueclick but with a few more advertisers under their belt. Anyone got any pointers, experience etc?

I don't know much about non-US banner networks. (Working to get into this soon.) However, I have heard good things about tradedoubler. They are an affiliate network with international programs. I think they have some CPC stuff. Might be worth a look.
