Kanoodle using cookies?

Beating the javascript blocking problem

I came across a site the other day and noticed it was showing kanoodle ads.

What caught my eye was that I couldn't see any tracking codes in the URL's. On a view source, I saw they are indeed printed out in straight HTML.

I'm assuming this must be cookie based tracking?

This got me thinking in light of the AdSense thread currently running "What do you do about users blocking JavaScript":-

Anyone here monetising with Kanoodle? Is a cookie based tracking mechanism safe, or do you suffer from "cookie-washing"?

The site must have been search engine, or one of their custom partners?

I have tested their brightads, and they are served up by JS.

Hey Drastic.

Not a search engine, a blog.

I'm not sure that he'd be a custom partner, but possible. See sticky.
