Well, I've been accepted into Advertising dot com, they setup an account with a control panel, however to move forward, you have to hook up with an assigned account manager.

After more than a week, nobody answers thier phone, returns phone calls, or responds in any way to emails.

Humm...

It sounds like they don't want your business (unless you've called on weekends/after business hours).

Try Tribal Fusion (I think if you meet ad.com's requirements, you'll meet TFs), see if they're more interested in your business. :)

Ok here's the deal, I wrote the person whom setup my publisher account and asked for an alternate contact. I got an email stating that I had to agree to their TOS. I emailed back indicating I had many times over. Then, I get emailed again by the setup gal informing me she had talked with the account manager, and that I had a downloads section on my website, and this was unacceptable no exceptions. My downloads section is just a bunch of basic forms and formats, as well as some academic (open source) software (.01% of my website).

I emailed back my disappointment with them, and the account manager whom still was unable to communicate with me.

You can guess the rest of my communication.
