Our site has just stared a new Affiliate program and are in need of ways of promoting the program to find advertisers. We have looked into affiliate announce but it seems that all the do is add the program to directories which we have already done. What would be the best methods of recruiting new affiliates? 1. Make sure your affiliate program link is visible on all of your web pages
2. Get to know your competition...monitor their backlink activity and you "may" find some of their affiliates.
3. Start searching Google for keywords that are relevant to your industry and see who ranks well for these keywords. The top-ranking sites may be good for your program (contact them).
