Best way to sell my add space

I would like to start selling my add space directly instead of via adsense. Are there any good scripts or programs that can help me do this? Why doesn´t adsense offers something like "advertise here" to go with their per website advertising?

I do this manually and track the clicks using a click tracker, and then bill my customers monthly.

Gamb, What script are you using?

You can always use adbrite, www.adbrite.com. They will get a % of what you get, but they handle the system and they will "promote" your site on theyrs.
