They look like they don't have an ad network anymore, but on some websites I still see some ads being served from their servers when I point the mouse on the banner: "ads.doubleclick.com"
Any ideas?

These ads could be using doubleclick ad serving technology (dart) and are not affiliated with their publisher network. Most likely the case.
