I'm looking to let others advertise on my site, and have them pay per impressions. Are there any programs out there that are free, and let the people advertising on our sites view statistics, etc. Basically, are there any programs which handle pretty much handle everything themselves? Thanks.

CentralAd at $595 US is worth the price. I liked it so much I bought a second license just to serve/track dedicated buttons. Clients are happy, I'm happy.

The other scripts seem to fail under a load (just when you need them), though I'm not sure about Webadverts.

A new service (I happen to know of personnally) will be released first quarter 2001 that will allow you to upload banners, of your customers, and be able to charge by unlimited, date to date, # of view or # of clicks.

Will have full reporting features. The product is currently under development but is touted to give the site owner the ability to control the ads.

If you have an interest, you may want to drop them a line with some of your druthers or wanna sees. The site is AV18.com
