Unexpected Traffic spike

No Idea what to do with this untargeted traffic

I have a forum on one of my sites. Recently the users were discussing a new tv show and mispelled the name of the lead actor by one letter. Looking at it its a phonetic error not a mistype, very easy mistake.

Now I am getting about a hundred visitors a day and I really have nothing to offer them. To make it worse its in a forum. So short of editing the original posters post to insert related affiliate stuff I can't offer a specific promotion to those users. Adsense isn't displaying anything of use either to the visitors..

suggestions?

If it's a show that will be on DVD soon (something like Lost), you may want to offer sets of the show on DVD.

If your traffic is high enough, you might want to try IntelliTXT from Vibrant Media. It will automatically target keywords, possibly offering DVDs for the show and maybe posters for the actor.

You may want to keep the mispelling. Were searchers using the mispelled term to find your webpage? If so, chances are that changing the name to the correct spelling may adversely affect visits to the site.
