I currently use BURST Media as my main advertising network for my site. I'm getting a lot of defaults and need to use an ad network that allows me to use their ad code for my Burst defaults. The problem is, I can only put in a banner URL and a click-through URL, and most networks have a more complicated code.

Actually, Burst allows you to load an html page for the default ad, and there are plenty of folks using Adsense as their default (personal) campaign.

I see the option for an HTML page but never understood how that would work. Would I just put the HTML for a company's ad code into a blank html page on my server?

The "HTML Web Page URL" allows our adserver to redirect the browser to an html page on your web site. If you create an html page with the other ad network's source code on this page... our adserver will redirect the browser to this page and show the ad.

Note that BURST! is very interested in making the default process easy. Over the years we found that this mechanism was one of the easiest for people to use.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi dstein

I know your sig indicates that you are affilatted/own Burst Media.

I would just like to confirm that you can speak on behalf of Burstmedia.

You also may like to inform the moderaters, etc, so we can all get a heads up that we have an offical line to burstmedia.

I have been finding Fastclick to be exceptional of late. I've gone from having a 30% default rate down to about 2% to 3%. I hope they can keep this inventory list up!
