Hello,

I have a site that get 100 visitors/day in a ppc search engine and I don't receive clicks on results.

I have 10 search results on a page, let & right menu with Quick links and Related Links, in top page I have a banner, in the bottom related searches.

Why I don't receive clicks?

Any help?

Are you sayng your getting traffic from a PPC engine?
Then the visitors show up and now one clicks ?

If so then Double check your tracking script

Or do you mean you PPC ad shows 100 times or so and no one clicks it?

Maybe people clicking over from a PPC search engine aren't looking for more search engine results. If somehow I happen to land on one of those pages, i just close them out.

For those type of pages, have no idea. I make pages with links people want to click on.

You also have to consider the quality of the traffic you're receiving. Which PPC are you buying traffic from?

I looked at the url you dropped in your first post listed in your profile. Honestly if that is the type of site this is I can understand why. Is that the case? Sticky me your URL if you like.

Ok thanks for the url.

Dan, I'm going to be frank, the site is worse than one of those pamphlets you see at a tourists office. The english is poor, the site is obviously promoting goods and solves no immediate problems for your visitor.

Look at it this way. Your looking for "red widget financing"

You pop it in google
Your site pops up
I look at it.
I see bad english
I see "go here to get your free blah blah"
I see no clear AUTHORITATIVE answer to my problem.

The last part is the key to your problem in my opinion.
Your site lacks authority and credibility based on its onpage content. The site is the web equivelant of shopping at fast eddies.

-----------

So what to do to fix it?
------

Don't offer a million links to solve the visitors problem. At most offer 3 or so. More than that and it looks like your fishing for a sale.

Offer some useful content that isn't promotional.

Reread & rewrite the sites content. It doesn't have to be perfect english just better.

I hope you find that helpful & I sincerly wish you luck.
scott

best of luck.
