How can you NOT make money with these sites?

I've been lurking here for awhile and have some experience on the nasty side of the web, (ie adult), and am like a kid in a candy store right now!

There is so much LESS competition in mainstream. Sure there is still competition, but compared to adult it's minimal. If you just keep churning out sites here you can make a ton of money. Just like adult, I'm sure it takes time, but UNLIKE adult, you have a virtually UNLIMITED number of products/services to push.

It's like a whole new refreshing world! I can't wait to start on my sites tonight. This rocks!

While it may be easier than your previous affiliate model, I can assure you it's not a cake walk.

2257 push you to this side?

Just like adult it's all about the niche. One of the big differences is traffic management. There are no toplists, CJ's and TGP's to trade traffic with.

2257 doesn't affect me. I'm not american. I don't mean to sound like it's a joke or anything. I do know it takes hard work and months of no $, (although I did make some my first day in mainstream).

I'm just excited about mainstream. The "traffic" sources in the dark side are just huge bandwidth suckers with very very very low conversions. The people who know how to find the "free stuff" never buy it.

I'm ready to work and am building an automated system to turn out a couple sites per day. (no not scraping as that is worthless).

well, congrats. I'm sure you'll do well.

Just remember that p*rn probably accounts for 1/2 of all Internet traffic... so it might be a little tougher to get massive traffic, but like I said, I'm sure you'll do well.

Half of all internet traffic is way too much, porn accounts for much much less I believe. The average person doesn't spend half of his time on the web on adult sites.

Also, not many people actually want to pay to access content. Most people want to get all things for free. So I think you'll need less traffic to make the same kind of money as with adult sites.

yah, I was exaggerating but there really is a LOT of traffic in that industry... and I also agree that it will take just a fraction of the traffic to make even more money.

Even better if you find a good niche market. Imagine a product that converts 1% of all traffic and earns you $150 per sale! They're out there...

Hey,

Zygoot is dead on. I just started promoting some stuff, and the conversions suck.

I know there are people out there that make a killing, so there must be a way...

All the Best,

C.K.
