I have used Fastclick for quite a while now, and although some of the ads are a bit crappy sometimes, they are reliable and always pay on time. Also, you can filter out ads you don't want served on your pages.

They also have to option to pay via Paypal which allows non U.S. people to avoid expensive fees for paying cheques into their bank accounts.

burst Media and Casale Media as well. Advertising.com may as well, but haven't used them.

I'm not sure I would call a CPM ad network an 'affiliate' program, however. To me that term relates to a CPA or CPL model.

I use RealTechNetwork, Bluetime and ValueClick on my site.

I've had no trouble with any of them so far.

We used Valueclick some years ago but switched to Fastclick as they were paying much more. Recently Casale have really started coming up with good rates and inventory.

You can purchase inventory on a CPM basis to help your Affiliate Program Sales. It can and does work. It comes down to a getting your traffic from a good network and targeting. If everyone is honest with their numbers and crunch them correctly, you can both walk away happy.
