Pay per lead programs

What are the good ones

I have tired CJ and Tradedoubler, but the competition pay more than I can afford and so I do not get much traffic from them. Does anyone know a good program that I can advertise on that will have respectable traffic, but at an affordable cost?

You are trying to advertise as a merchant right? I guess if you do a stand-alone program and leave it on the network, nobody will really notice your program. There need to be active promotion on your part to recruit affiliates then that's where traffic will build up.
