I joined linkshare 2 days ago, all my information is correct, but an error message keeps appearing on top saying that they are unable to verify, is this normal? I already tried to contact them but they won't reply.

Lately it's been normal. People are having all kinds of problems. They've been trying to upgrade to provide consolidated payments, later direct deposit, new reporting system etc and it's been a mess from the start.
