email relationship management software

I am looking at setting up an internet marketing business in my area, focusing on working with local companies online marketing strategies, with an emphasis on newsletters, and opt in email campaigns I have been looking at offering my clients clickactions crm software, only thing a license is $4,500 up front for license.

Is clickaction one of the better crm pacakges out there I could be reselling or should I use someone else any recommendations would be great?

Also are there any newsgroups for crm realated topics?
