ValueClick

Does anyone use them here, and what do you think?

This is my third month with ValueClick, and it's been a rollercoaster ride so far.

The first month I was extremely pleased. They seemed to be filling all my impressions, and my over CPM hovered in the 30's (.30) range.

Over the last month, my eCPM fell through the floor, the impressions dropped (when my traffic hasn't), and I've not been able to get solid help, even though I've called them (on my dime no less) to see what was wrong.

I'm just wondering if this is a fluke, or if others have had troubles with them.

Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed. They were my main source of revenue, and I'm making less than a fourth of what I was making two months ago.

I've used ValueClick since forever on one of my sites. It seems what you make really depends on what ads are coming up on any given month. You don't have much control over that, or at least traditionally you haven't (I haven't really looked into the new publisher interface). Some months I get a bunch of credit card ads and low click-through rates, then some better ads come along and click-throughs go up. I would've thought the new Pogo ads I've been seeing would send click-throughs soaring, but I haven't seen that happen.
