Anyone getting responses from travel.ian.com?

Last week I posted about a hotel cancelling EVERY reservation made by visitors to my site even though visitors say they stayed and paid their bill. I've sent three e-mails to affiliates@travel.ian.com with data and so far no reponse at all. Anyone finding the same with travel.ian.com or hotels.com? I guess i'll just remove my link to their site.

beer,
I have found that it takes often 5-6 days before I get a response from them. However, I hate their customer service and I hate their affiliate program because it's so hard to use (try the stats generator, for example). Also, I sold over $3,000+ last two months and yet I only seem to have actually made about $100 in commissions. Something is fishy.

However, keep in mind that IAN is still merging their data with expedia and so that may be why we are seeing some delays. Still, there is no updates for us in the affiliate center of their website. I wish they were more vocal/active with the affiliates.

Well I just found out that lodging.com now has this particular hotel (They didn't before). I likley have solved the problem by replacing the ian.com url with my lodging.com url.
