Hi, Guys,

Do you guys use your SSN or form a company and use EIN? which is more of a tax saver?

You do not have to create a company to get a EIN. I have had and always suggest that you get a EIN so you do not have to give out your SSN to people.

THere are no tax advatages for having a EIN.

yes you can get EIN as sole proprietor.
