Outsourcing Advertising Sales?

(First of all, I apologize if this is something that's been asking a bunch of times before. I promise that I searched the forum first!)

I sell banner ad campaigns on my website on a CPM basis. And I only take on advertisers who are related to the content of my site. (It's an arts and crafts website.)

I use phpAdsNew which is really great open source software for banner ad campaign management.

The problem is that it's getting hard to keep up with the work of selling banner ads myself and dealing with the other things on my plate.

So, are there companies out there who will take charge of this for you? Basically I'm looking for a company that will constantly keep looking for craft-related companies, explain the banner ad packages to them, sell the banner ad space to them, etc. And then I suppose there would be a split between that company and myself for the money brought in.

they will do it, for a fee - think 20% or so. And you have to have a decent amount of traffic for them to be interested (nobody wants to sell your ads to make $75 per month).

Do you know the names of any such companies? Or what is a good search term I can use in Google to find them?

I do have a good amount of traffic -- 40,000,000 page views. So I think it will be worth it to the right company. I just want to find someone who will sell ads to companies targeted to the content of my site and not "just any ads."
