OV and G Adwords Conversion tracking

Can they co-exist?

I'm running a new site for which I need to track conversions by kw used and source. So my assumption is that if I add tracking code from both OV and G on the "Thank you" page, each lead will be accurately tracked for conversion.

However, I've never tried running both on one page before - does anyone else know if this works?
