Ah-ha "logo links" on AltaVista

After talking with an Ah-ha representative they explained that only certain search terms get displayed on AltaVista. I tried it out and only 1 out of over 100 keywords is displaying on AltaVista. It does happen to be my best keyword, but it certainly is not as good as I had hoped for.

The Ah-Ha representative explained that they had purchased certain words from AltaVista, but not others, so there would be nothing I could do to change the situation. Maybe it would be better if they said "as many as 1% of your keywords will be listed on AltaVista", rather than making it sound as if all of them would appear.

I hope others have had better results than I have. I think it is a good idea.

If my guestamits are close, it is a dollar threshold thing. If the bid on Ah-Ha is over a certain amount, then the cost for displaying the ad on AV is profitable, therefore the ad shows.
